We accept payment with the following debit and credit cards:

A pen and a paper. Additionally, we provide you, in the Plan-It-All toolbox, with useful tips on how to draw a sketch as well as a printout sheet to assist you with sketching.

Yes

A clear picture of the architect’s drawing is sufficient. However, make sure that the paper is straight and not folded, when sending a picture or while scanning.

Do not hesitate to mark the picture, if required, and/or add any comment you may wish to share with us in the comment box.

When the job you ordered is completed, you will receive a notification regarding the upload of the completed job from Plan-It-All. To view the completed jobs –.

  1. Please go to JOB LIST.
  2. Click on the Completed ribbon tab
  3. Click on "+" icon

You will be able to view the summary of the job order and see the files that have been created by Plan-It-All . Clicking on these files (mark as 1 in the image below, for explanation purpose) will allow you to download the completed job files

When the job you ordered is completed, you will receive a notification regarding the upload of the completed job from Plan-It-All. To view the completed jobs –

  1. Please go to JOB LIST.
  2. Click on the Completed ribbon tab
  3. Click on "+" icon

In case of photo treatment order, if the resolution or the exposure quality of received photographs is not good, the Plan-It-All team will not process these images. The Plan-It-All team will revert your order. You will be asked to submit new pictures.

For a photo treatment order with multiple images, the Plan-It-All team will process only images of sufficient resolution and quality. Blurred images will not be processed and the customer will receive only the processed and completed images. The completed list will show the skipped files and instructions for the unprocessed photographs.

Unprocessed pictures will not be charged and will be credited to your Plan-It-All account.

At Plan-It-All, we deliver your order within 24h 6 days a week. If you order is placed before 17h00 European Standard Time (EST), your order will be delivered the next business day, except for orders placed on Saturdays that will be delivered the following Mondays.

We also offer an express 6-hours service for orders placed before 12h00 EST Monday through Saturday. A small surcharge is asked to expedite your order delivery. If you would like to choose the express service, you have to click as shown on the picture:

If the express service is over-subscribed for that day or if you place your order after 12h00, the express service button will be disabled as follows:

After the completed files are delivered to you, you may observe some corrections or changes that you need in the files. To request corrections or changes,

  1. Go to JOB LIST
  2. Click on the Completed ribbon tab
  3. Click on “+” icon
  4. You will observe two buttons Correction and Changes as shown in the image below. These are marked as 2 & 3 for explanation purpose.

  5. FOR CORRECTIONS (when the error has been made in Plan-It-All file production)

  6. Click on Corrections.
  7. You can attach an illustration file with mark-ups and/ or write comments in comments box as shown below. Add row option allows you to attach multiple files

  8. Select the required tab, if a change request is marked as correction request, PIA team will revert the request, for your confirmation. You will receive a notification.

    FOR CHANGES (when you initiate changes to your drawing)

  9. Click on Changes.
  10. You can attach an illustration file with mark-ups and/ or write comments in comments box as shown above. Add row option allows you to attach multiple files.
  11. You will then be prompted to make payment for the changes requested.

  12. If your request for corrections is actually a request for changes, you will receive a notification from Plan-It-All. To approve it and process the subsequent payment,

  14. Click on the Changes/Corrections ribbon tab
  15. Click on “+” icon

  17. You will be required to accept and make payment followed by Approval, so that PIA team can process the request.
